Out on eerie three days with three days of catching our limit by 10am...back to the dock by 11am...done cleaning fish and beers in hand by noon

Yep, that one took us by surprise. I'm amazed we got him into the boat because we didn't have any wire leaders on the line...just monofilment, swivel, lure. Jumped out of the water twice before we got him in too. He measured 34inches.

Nice fish. One like that weigh about 20 pounds?

I always thought they had a lot of bones, for some reason.

Don't know, didn't weigh him just measured him. First one I ever caught. My brother knows someone in the fishing camp that knows how to clean them to get the bones out and that guy said they're good eating. So, I left him with my bro and took some extra walleye :-)
