16oz elbow pasta
1 can evaporated milk (12oz)
2 eggs
1/4 cup margarine or butter (melted)
2 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon season salt
1 teaspoon season pepper
8oz of velveeta (melted)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
2 cups shredded medium cheddar

Preheat oven to 325degrees
Cook pasta according to directions. While pasta is cooking, make the chees sauce. In a medium bowl combine milk, eggs and butter, stir in mustard, salt and pepper add in velveeta and 1 1/2 cups each of sharp and medium cheddar. Drain pasta, pour sauce over pasta and mix well. Pour into a 3 quart baking dish and cover with remaing cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

I usually add a little bit more mustard and pepper to mine just to give it a little more flavor. This is very cheesy, but very good!

Thanks, Origam!

I'm going to tell my niece about this one. She's a cheese freak. (IMG:http://www.ethicdiscussion.com/discuss/style_emoticons/default/icon_smile.gif)

It's really good stuff. We started making it for dad because he kept craving mac' and cheese. (IMG:http://www.ethicdiscussion.com/discuss/style_emoticons/default/icon_sad.gif) Now he can't eat it again.

A great addition to this is to grate fresh bread crumbs (not too fine) all over the top..drizzle with melted butter & then bake til golden. It makes a crunchy crust to die for. Serve with stewed tomatoes on top.

mmmmmmmm.

You have far too much time on your hands digging up old posts.

You must do some right digging around on forums, you have a habit of bringing up dead posts years old..... Paints an even bigger picture of your sad life.

Perhaps you could ask someone to move this thread out of the 'no debate' section, so we could continue it?

Generally, the practice has been that the party interested in continuing just copies the relevant posts into a new thread in whatever he thinks is an appropriate forum. If Frankie thinks something is out of line in the original thread then he will delete the offending posts there.
